I achieved my real estate license in 2002 and serve my clients in Northern and Central New Jersey. I understand that buying or selling a home can be stressful. Whether you are selling or purchasing or looking to rent a home, you need an experienced realtor who can see you through the process from beginning to end.
My goal is to guide my clients through either the home buying or home selling process and provide a level of service and communication they deserve. I treat my clients like they are family. I continue to be a resource after the transaction is complete and I am grateful that they continue to refer me to their friends and family.
In order to provide the best level of service, I have pursued additional training and obtained the SRS, ABR, SRES, e-PRO, and LUX designations.
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) designation is the best qualification an agent can have when focusing on seller representation. It is designed to elevate agents to achieve optimum performance in how they work with sellers in today’s market.
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is for agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. It also allows me to focus on selling a home and how to best achieve a buyer for a seller's home.
The Seniors Real Estate Specialist ® (SRES ®) designation focuses on the real estate needs of those age 50+. I recognize that a home often is the largest and most precious asset that people have and I am able to bring a unique approach to each transaction and interaction with clients. No transaction is the same, every client is unique.
Today, technology is more influential than ever. NAR’s e-PRO® certification program helps REALTORS® master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today, including the ability to reach customers, expand marketing capabilities, and safeguarding client information.
While working with clients and utilizing my skills and knowledge to achieve their real estate needs, I have earned the Circle of Excellence Awards, Ruby Award, Realtor.Com Listing Enhancement award and Pace Setter Awards-just to name a few.
